- Do you Accept Section 8 / Housing?  No, I'm sorry but, we are not accepting Section 8 for this home. 

- How Much does the House Rent For?
This House Rents for $1,900.00. Please NOTE Trash is Included but, No additional Utilities or Services are included.

- Do you have an Office?
No, in order to keep costs down (and our rental rates) we DO NOT have an office...  Our properties stay full & an office would sit empty for months at a time if we did.

- What are the Qualifications?
You MUST have the ability to pay the rent, Have the first month's rent, and the Deposit.  How much is the Deposit?  Please keep reading...  

- What are the Income Requirements?
 We Prefer you to make 3X the rental amount, however we are flexible.  If you can display that you have the ability to pay the rent even though you don't quite make 3X the rent we'll work with you.  

- What if I have No, New, or Bad Credit?
NO Problem We Work with all type of Credit! We understand& that Life Happens...

 - How Much is The Deposit?
Our Deposit is 100% REFUNDABLE & Starts at $1,000.00* (Depending on your Credit, & Rental History, But, don't stress we'll work with you!!!) We approve 95+% of the people who apply the people we do not approve are those not being honest with us. If you have any Credit, or Rental History issues we will ask for a larger deposit which is 100% Refundable. 

- Will we work with someone who has an eviction?
Yes, BUT, we will ask for a larger deposit please see above regarding Deposit and amount.

- What is The Application Fee?
A one time fee of $35.00 Per Adult.  We Conduct a thorough Credit, Background, & Rental history Check to insure residents Safety!  If you’re interested you can Download the Application by Clicking on the "BLUE" Link just below this text box!  (Don't stress we'll work with you!!!)  You can pay the Application Fee on the "Contact Us" page.  (Scroll to the top of this page & you'll see 6 Buttons on the left side Click on the 1 that says "Contact Us")    Click Here To View & Print Our Rental Application

- What is the Pet Policy?
Unfortunately we have had many bad experiences with pets...   We Prefer No Pets but will make allowances for them so long as they are covered by our/or your insurance.  We do Not allow Rodents, or Reptiles.  Please Note that you will be required to pay an addition $250 Pet-Deposit, and monthly Pet-Rent.  Just be up front and Honest let us know what pets you have and we'll do our best to work with you!

Take note that our 3rd Bedroom/Bonus Room does not have a closet and is on the Small size...  Although a Twin size bed will fit with room for a Night stand and Dresser.
